Job Description Kitchen Manager Job SummaryOur restaurant is looking for an experienced Kitchen worker to help oversee daily operations. In this role, you oversee the kitchen and other back-of-house staff. As part of your staff management responsibilities, you will work the grill to cook a simple lunch menu for the members, complete the weekly schedule, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. You also place food and beverage orders, working with staff to reduce food waste.
