Change Management Analyst

Position: Business Analyst (Change Mgmt) Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 6 - 12 Months Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining databases, tracking logs, and project deliverable files; generating and/or posting recurring/ad-hoc status reports and providing responses and data to project inquiries from management and staff. This position assists and works closely with the Information Management and PMO teams, SME community. Required skills Considerable work-related experience in an IT environment. Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with Change and Release Management methodologies using version control. Considerable work-related knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle. Experience with data entry and work order processing. Experience with tracking and reporting; controlling processes; and managing workflow. Must have excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills with internal and external customers. Exp in healthcare is a big plus; if yes, pls highlight on resume.
