Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects for owners or EPCs. You will establish the quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, set standards, and manage supplier and contractor qualifications. This senior role requires 10+ years in quality on capital projects, with 5+ years directing programs and staff; ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, ISO 9001 lead auditor, and preferably NQA-1 lead auditor.
