MRO Inventory Coordinator
SUMMARY:
Coordinates MRO inventory control functions including counting, tracking, and ordering of parts, materials and equipment for the Maintenance Department at all 3 Paradise locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in the coordination, preparing of requisitions, and purchases maintenance parts, supplies, and equipment.
Assists in consulting with vendors, suppliers and procurement personnel to determine availability. Verifies correct specifications and ensures timely delivery.
Puts away parts in eMaint and creates new locations in eMaint as needed.
Lead monthly cycle counts, and yearend inventory.
Responsible for assisting in maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Maintains computerized and paper records and generates inventory reports using eMaint, ROSS, and others.
Enters data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments into eMaint, ROSS and other programs as required.
Assist in maintaining complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
Responsible for developing and implementing parts kitting process.
Develops and implement system to control access to spare parts cribs at all locations
Any other duties as required per job and assigned by management.
Issues all daily stores items.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Associates Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or other technical field with 3 years of manufacturing experience, or 5 years equivalent experience.
Ability to communicate effectively with others orally or written.
Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
Computer skills and ability to operate other electronic office equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Understanding of computer inventory tracking system (storeroom levels, auditing, and tracking abilities).

This role may require longer hours or weekends on occasion
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to fingers, handle controls; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms.
