The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, hallways, and back-of-house spaces, as well as delivering linens and supplies to room attendants. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. ExperiencePrevious housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred. Hotel or hospitality experience a plus. Skills & KnowledgeStrong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Good time management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures preferred. Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Remove trash and soiled linens from guest floors; restock linen closets as needed. Deliver clean linens, supplies, and amenities to room attendants. Clean and maintain public restrooms and lobby areas. Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and guest items when necessary. Operate housekeeping carts and equipment safely. Respond to guest and team requests promptly and courteously. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
