We have an immediate opening for the ideal candidate who shares our commitment to customer service and wants to work in a fun and fast paced clinic with the best patients in town. As a full service, state of the art practice we strive to offer our patients the best by providing comprehensive eye health care, the latest product technology, high fashion frames, contact lens services and dry eye therapy. The position is full-time. We offer competitive pay, bonuses and benefits. Pay scale based on experience. Duties would include: Optical sales, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, assisting with preliminary and diagnostic testing, educating patients on eyeglass lens options and helping with frame selection, eyeglass dispensing and administrative duties as needed. Our ideal candidate has: -Experience in eye care -1 year minimum experience in optical -Friendly, charismatic and committed to customer service and patient care -A team player who takes direction well and is willing to cross-train -Fashion forward and creative -An excellent multi-tasker with a positive attitude and internal drive to learn and grow Customers are typically long-time patients who have come to expect superior customer service.
