FotoBoyz is a fast-paced experiential marketing and event production company. We create custom-branded photo activations, interactive games, and immersive event technology for corporate events, trade shows, and live experiences.
This is a production-driven design role. Deadlines are real, events are live, and timing matters every day. We are looking for a designer who understands both creative execution and operational urgency.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Graphic Design & Production Assistant to support our operations team. This role requires speed, accuracy, and deep hands-on knowledge of professional design tools. You must be comfortable producing client-ready work quickly, managing multiple projects at once, and working fully on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Create branded graphics for photo booths, overlays, backdrops, signage, props, and event mockups
Design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign within established templates
Produce fast revisions and updates based on client feedback
Format and deploy HTML-based emails using DJ Event Planner
Prepare assets for platforms such as Curator and FotoMaster (training provided)
Organize and manage files in Dropbox, Google Drive and our servers
Coordinate tasks and timelines using ConnectTeam.com, Monday.com, Slack, WhatsApp, and email
Step in to support production when needed
Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of all design assets
Required Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Working knowledge of HTML for email formatting (required)
Strong attention to detail and file organization skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Clear and professional communication skills
Familiarity with task-based workflow systems
Must be able to work on-site in Boynton Beach, FL
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Curator, FotoMaster, or other photo booth software
Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and modern productivity software
Light video editing experience
WordPress editing experience
Go High Level experience
Background in events, experiential marketing, or live production
