Job SummaryTO SUPPORT RETAIL STORE BUSINESS AND INDEPENDENT SALES AGENT OPERATIONJob Description Operation Management POS System Management: Operate and maintain the Point-of-Sale system Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, handle inbound/outbound logistics, and optimize inventory Store Employee Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for in-store staff Customer Service Support: Handle customer inquiries and complaints; maintain service quality standards In-store Promotion Planning & Support: Plan and execute promotional events; support onsite activation Product Education: Provide product knowledge training to store employees ISA (Independent Sales Agent) Management Business Presentation: Deliver business model and product presentations to prospective ISAs Training: Conduct product and sales training for ISAs Commission Structure Administration: Manage and explain commission systems; ensure accurate processing ISA Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new Independent Sales Agents Communication Management: Act as the communication bridge between ISAs and the main office Distribute announcements and policy updates Collect and relay feedback or inquiries from the field Qualifications Language Skills Korean: Fluent ? Fully capable in business communication, training, customer service, and documentation English: Fluent ? Proficient in professional presentations, sales negotiations, team collaboration, and written business communication Communication: Skilled in facilitating cross-cultural communication between Korean and English teams, partners, and customers Computer Skills Microsoft Office Suite: Excel ? Advanced proficiency in data management, formulas, pivot tables, and report generation Word ? Skilled in preparing business documents, training materials, and formal communications PowerPoint ?
