Job OverviewPranatree LLC is looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer with expertise in Smart Contracts and Solidity to join our growing blockchain team. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software development experience, including hands-on experience in building decentralized applications (dApps) and writing smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying smart contracts, contributing to the core blockchain infrastructure, and ensuring secure, scalable blockchain solutions.In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, back-end developers, and security experts, to deliver secure and robust blockchain-based applications that power real-world business use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesSmart Contract Development: Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity on the Ethereum blockchain or other EVM-compatible chains.Blockchain Integration: Work with decentralized applications (dApps) by integrating front-end interfaces with smart contracts and blockchain systems.Security Auditing: Conduct and review security audits of smart contracts, ensuring that vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated before deployment.Blockchain Architecture: Contribute to the development and optimization of blockchain architecture, including consensus mechanisms, transaction handling, and gas optimizations.Collaboration with Front-End Teams: Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between the blockchain and user-facing applications.Blockchain Network Setup: Set up and maintain blockchain nodes, manage network configurations, and ensure the stability and security of blockchain infrastructure.Tokenization and NFTs: Develop token-based ecosystems, including fungible (ERC-20) and non-fungible tokens (ERC-721, ERC-1155), for various use cases like decentralized finance (DeFi) and digital asset management.Stay Current with Blockchain Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest blockchain technologies, trends, and advancements to apply cutting-edge innovations to projects.Qualifications and SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Technical Skills:Solidity: Expert-level proficiency in Solidity for writing secure, optimized smart contracts.Blockchain Platforms: Hands-on experience with Ethereum and familiarity with other blockchain platforms (e.g., Polygon, Binance Smart Chain, or Solana).dApp Development: Strong knowledge of dApp development and integration with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).Security Best Practices: Understanding of smart contract security principles, including vulnerabilities like reentrancy, overflows, and front-running.Token Standards: Experience working with token standards like ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-1155.Gas Optimization: Experience in optimizing gas costs in smart contract execution.Blockchain Infrastructure: Proficiency in setting up and maintaining blockchain infrastructure (nodes, testnets, mainnets).Version Control and CI/CD: Experience with Git, continuous integration, and deployment tools for blockchain applications.API Integration: Experience in integrating blockchain systems with external APIs or third-party services.Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like JavaScript, Python, or Rust alongside Solidity for blockchain development.Performance ExpectationsDeliver secure, reliable, and scalable smart contracts that power decentralized applications.Collaborate effectively with product and development teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Perform code reviews and audits to maintain the highest level of security in blockchain projects.Optimize gas consumption and transaction efficiency in deployed smart contracts.Keep pace with advancements in blockchain technologies and apply them to ongoing projects.Challenges & OpportunitiesAt Pranatree LLC, as a Blockchain Developer, you will tackle the challenges of developing secure and scalable decentralized applications that operate on the bleeding edge of blockchain technology.
