Sourcing Specialist

Position: Sourcing SpecialistCompensation: $ 80,000 - $ 90,000 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Catoosa, OklahomaInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join their team!Join a dynamic team as a Sourcing Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain operations. This position offers the chance to work closely with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts to optimize cost and delivery efficiency. You'll be instrumental in aligning supply chain strategies with company needs, making a tangible impact on business success.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Develop and maintain effective sourcing strategiesNegotiate contracts with suppliers and vendorsEvaluate vendor quotes and servicesManage supplier-related activities and resourcesCoordinate with engineering and sales teamsPrepare competitive Request for Quotations (RFQs)Engage suppliers strategicallyDrive change and implement improvementsOrganize and manage multiple prioritiesRequired Qualifications & Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experienceFive to seven years of related experienceStrong negotiation and contract management skillsAbility to manage supplier relationships effectivelyProven record in supply chain optimizationNice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience in the heat exchanger industryTechnical knowledge of industrial applicationsFamiliarity with strategic supplier engagementPerks & Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurancePTO and 401(k) Retirement Savings PlanSalary paid bi-weeklyIf you are interested in learning more about the Sourcing Specialist opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
