Join us and help shape the future of insurance!What You’ll DoAs a Client Experience Manager, your role will be to foster exceptional client relationships and ensure that our service delivery aligns perfectly with client needsServe as the primary liaison for all client inquiries and requests, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.Handle insurance tasks ranging from the essentials, like issuing auto ID cards and processing endorsements, to the complex, such as pre-renewal contact, remarketing existing accounts, and working with underwriters to ensure renewal and placement.Aid in the preparation and management of new and renewal insurance applications.Create premium finance agreements, proposals, and other client-facing communications.Assess and address client coverage needs at renewal or during significant changes, providing strategic advice.Ensure policies meet requirements for issuing certificates and other client needs.Maintain impeccable data integrity in our agency management system by adhering to established workflows.What You Need To Get The Job DoneA humble, coachable attitude coupled with high interpersonal skills, resilience, and grit.A natural inclination towards continuous improvement and problem-solving.Ability to engage and build relationships effortlessly, whether in a coffee shop line or a crowded room.Confident communication skills to effectively interact with clients at all levels, from the janitor to the executive.Self-driven and results-oriented demeanor.Possess a Property & Casualty license.What Will Make You Stand OutWhile some college credit is advantageous, it’s not required.Two or more years in a client-facing insurance role, with a track record of managing client relationships and expectations.Demonstrated strong organizational skills.At Paradox, we value talent, ability, and dedication more than just "years of experience" or academic degrees.
