Introduction:We are seeking a compassionate and skilled per diem Occupational Therapist ( home health experience required) to join our team and provide high-quality care to our clients. The Occupational Therapist will assess clients' functional abilities, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy to help clients improve their physical, cognitive, and motor skills and abilities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of evidence-based practices and be able to work collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and needsDevelop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needsProvide individual and group therapy sessions to help clients improve their physical, cognitive, and motor skillsCollaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatmentDocument clients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical recordsStay up-to-date with current research and evidence-based practices in occupational therapyParticipate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skillsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Master's degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent state license as an Occupational TherapistMinimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in home health settingStrong understanding of evidence-based practices and ability to apply them in practiceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionalsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPerks:Competitive salaryPer diem flexible scheduleSick timeProfessional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environment
