Join Our Team as a Strategic Leader in Healthcare ManagementResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Operations Oversight: Lead the strategic planning process by assessing community needs and providing regular updates to local boards and enterprise leadership. Manage daily operations to optimize resource allocation and staffing, including physician recruitment efforts.Financial Management And Quality Control Develop and monitor budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission. Establish and monitor quality and patient safety goals, overseeing improvement initiatives and reporting to the board.Regulatory Compliance And External Relations Ensure compliance with accreditation, certification, and regulatory requirements. Cultivate external relationships with community and healthcare associations to drive organizational success.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field. Master's degree (MHA, MPA, MBA) preferred. Minimum three years of senior management experience in healthcare required.
