B-3359952 Supervisor II, Laboratory – Auto Chemistry Schedule: Designated Shift (Day/Evening/Night) | Full-Time Position Summary The Supervisor II, Laboratory (Auto Chemistry) is a licensed technical leader responsible for supervising operations across the Auto Chemistry laboratory. This role oversees workflow from specimen processing through results reporting, ensuring compliance with laboratory standards, service guarantees, and quality metrics. The Supervisor provides day-to-day technical guidance, supports staff development, and ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate standards related to patient confidentiality, performance, and service excellence. This position reports to the Manager, Laboratory. Key Responsibilities Supervise Auto Chemistry operations to ensure accurate, timely testing and reporting. Provide technical expertise, coaching, and performance oversight for laboratory teammates. Monitor workflow and specimen quality while ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance. Support laboratory accreditation standards and safety protocols. Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and maintain high service standards. Promote a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with organizational values.
