FOIA ANALYSTS-Sr/Team Leads

Senior/Intermediate Analysts (Team Leads)Public Trust is seeking Senior/Intermediate Analysts (Team Leads) with the following requirements: Education/Experience: Must have a bachelor's degree in business or related field AND at least five (5) years of experience in reviewing and processing FOIA requests or supporting Privacy compliance; OR eight (8) years general experience (in a professional office setting) AND two (2) years of experience in reviewing and processing FOIA requests or supporting Privacy compliance. Responsibilities include: Acting as On-Site Supervisors while performing regular work duties. Being responsible for all contractor work performed under this contract. Serving as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the COR for day-to-day work. Being available by phone or email to the COR Monday through Friday and responding to technical problems within two hours of notification. Directing employee participation in the development, maintenance, and administration of the application and onboarding process. Working with the COR on completing administration tasks required to on-board contractor employees. Managing workloads, including ensuring tasks are assigned and completed in a timely fashion. Intermediate Analysts must be able to: Accept, review, and analyze incoming FOIA and Privacy Act requests. Log and track the progress of each request using a case management system. Process FOIA packages. Review FOIA Appeals. Conduct thorough searches for records responsive to a request. Independently review retrieved records to determine what information can and should be released. Apply FOIA exemptions to withhold legally protected information. Use specialized software to redact exempt information from records. Draft official correspondence to requesters. Review and analyze Privacy Threshold Analyses, Privacy Impact Assessments, Privacy Act Statements, System of Records Notices, and information sharing agreements. Assist with tracking metrics within the privacy compliance artifact tracking system. Collaborate with the team to update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
