Role Description The Sales Team Member will be responsible for engaging with customers to identify their vehicle needs, explaining available options, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and assisting with the sales process. Additional duties include handling inquiries, building relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an understanding of inventory and automotive trends. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Idaho Falls, ID, offering an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to excel in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships and effectively engage with customers.Sales and negotiation skills, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.Basic understanding of automotive products and services or a willingness to learn quickly to stay up-to-date with inventory and market trends.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.Self-motivation, reliability, and a strong work ethic to succeed in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry is preferred but not required.
