Summary: A global, technology driven organization is hiring a Senior Sourcing Lead - Hardware to own one of its most complex and strategically critical spend categories. This role is designed for a senior procurement leader who has personally led large-scale, multi-billion dollar hardware sourcing programs, spanning compute, servers, networking, storage, and enterprise infrastructure. You will operate as a strategic partner to infrastructure engineering and finance leadership, shaping long-term hardware strategy while navigating global supply chain risk, OEM relationships, and refresh-cycle economics.Key Responsibilities:Own and execute the enterprise-wide hardware category strategyLead high-value, complex negotiations delivering best-in-class commercial outcomesDrive cost optimization across large-scale hardware spend while balancing resilience and lead-time riskPartner directly with senior infrastructure engineering, finance, and executive stakeholdersOversee and mentor sourcing managers and buyers across multiple geographiesBuild long-term strategic relationships with OEMs and key hardware suppliersAct as a trusted advisor on all major hardware investment and refresh-cycle decisionsRequirements:10+ years in strategic sourcing / procurement with deep technology hardware expertiseDemonstrated ownership of nine-figure to multi-billion dollar hardware contractsExperience negotiating enterprise-level agreements across compute, networking, and storageBackground from Big Tech or top-tier financial services / trading environmentsProven ability to influence senior technology and executive leadershipIf this sounds like you, we'd love to connect!
