SAP S/4HANA Finance Lead (Public Cloud) – Post Go-Live / Stabilization

We’re working with a US-based manufacturing business that has recently gone live on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and is now focused on stabilizing and optimising its finance environment.This is a key hire where the focus is less on initial implementation, and more on owning and improving a live system, working closely with finance and operations teams across multiple USsites.The RoleYou’ll act as the bridge between the business and SAP, taking ownership of finance processes post go-live and driving improvements across the environment.Key responsibilities include:Supporting and stabilizing a live S/4HANA Public Cloud environmentWorking closely with finance stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Assets) to resolve issues and optimize processesIdentifying gaps from initial rollout and driving continuous improvementActing as the US-based point of contact, collaborating with global SAP teamsSupporting ongoing enhancements, integrations, and finance system alignmentWhat We’re Looking ForStrong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) experienceHands-on experience with S/4HANA Public Cloud (essential)Proven experience supporting post go-live / hyper care / stabilisation environmentsAbility to work in a business-facing capacity, engaging directly with finance teamsComfortable working across both on-site and remote environmentsUS-based (must be eligible to work in the US)Why This RoleOpportunity to take ownership of a live SAP environment, not just implementHigh visibility role working directly with business stakeholdersChance to influence how SAP is run locally in the USLess reliance on external partners, more internal ownershipAdditional InfoHybrid role with travel between US sites (Nevada & Kansas)Open to both permanent and contract candidatesCompetitive compensation depending on experience
