The Chanel Authenticator will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting and evaluating Chanel handbags, jewelry, and other products for authenticity through PHOTOS. Day-to-day tasks include examining item materials, construction, and characteristics against established authentication standards, documenting findings, and communicating results to clients in a clear and professional manner. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of Chanel products, and a passion for the luxury fashion industry. Previous professional authentication experience is a must.QualificationsComprehensive knowledge of Chanel products, including materials, manufacturing techniques, hardware, and design detailsStrong research skills to stay updated with trends, counterfeiting techniques, and evolving standards in the luxury authentication domainExceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify subtle discrepanciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear and accurate findingsAbility to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using technology and tools related to authentication processesPrior experience in the luxury fashion industry, retail, or an authentication role is preferred
