Responsibilities We are looking for support for our wholesale and operations team in Delmenhorst/Oldenburg (remote possible) on a part-time basis (approx. 20h/week). Together with our team, you will take on the following tasks: Support in the day-to-day operations in the B2B/wholesale area Maintenance and management of master data (e.g., customer data, product data) Support in the processing and coordination of orders Communication with business customers (e.g., for inquiries or support issues) Contribution to the structuring and optimization of processes Introduction to the merchandise management system (e.g., JTL) and support in the system Qualification You are enrolled as a student in the field of business administration, management, or similar areas You have already gained initial experience in the commercial or operational area Structured and careful working method, especially in handling data Interest in e-commerce/wholesale processes Motivation to learn new tools (e.g., JTL-merchandise management) Independent and reliable working method You are motivated and have a conscientious working style Benefits We offer many benefits, including: Team events per quarter Hansefit company fitness Snacks, fruits, and drinks at the workplace We recently moved to Delmenhorst, but our entire team still lives in Oldenburg thats why we have a fixed carpool that drives to work together every day.
