A company is looking for a Call Center Loan Officer to join a growing lending team. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming and outbound calls from lead sources Educate and prequalify borrowers for various loan products Maintain consistent contact and follow-up with clients throughout the loan process Qualifications Active NMLS license (state required) Experience with HELOC and cash-out refinance loans preferred Comfortable working with dialer systems and high-volume outbound leads Ability to thrive in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment Must reside within commuting distance of designated call centers
