From early-stage financings to strategic exits, this is where companies turn when it’s time to scale or sell.Integrated Venture + M&A PracticeThis is not a siloed seat. One week may involve structuring a Series A; the next could mean supporting a buy-side acquisition or advising a growth equity investor. Associates build cross-disciplinary deal fluency early.Real Client Access from Day OneEven junior associates are expected to engage directly with founders, CEOs, investors, and in-house counsel.
