Job Description:A. Development ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop applications using Box REST APIs and SDKsBuild integrations between Box and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, IAM)Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0 / JWTCreate metadata templates, workflow automations, and custom UI componentsEnsure compliance with enterprise security and governance standardsPerform code reviews and ensure best practices are followedB. Support ResponsibilitiesProvide L2/L3 production support for Box integrations and applicationsTroubleshoot API errors, permission issues, and performance bottlenecksAnalyze logs, webhooks, and API responses for issue resolutionManage incident, problem, and change requestsCoordinate with Box Support for escalationsPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixesPlease provide the TOP skills, and the years of experience that you’ll consider: Box.com with 3 years of experience, overall 8 years experience. Sharepoint or Service now experience is nice to have.
