Career Strategy Consultants is seeking an Accountant for a client in the Monaca, PA area. This temporary-to-hire position will allow for 100% remote work following the first week of employment. Key Responsibilities:Perform bank and general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist with the integration and management of a new fixed asset account from an external provider.Support accounts receivable functions and maintain accurate financial records.Utilize Excel and Pivot Tables to analyze financial data and generate reports.Ensure financial transactions are properly documented and recorded in accordance with accounting principles.Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and maintain financial integrity. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (strongly preferred).1-2 years of accounting experience with a focus on general ledger and accounts receivable.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables (required).Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data effectively.Excellent organizational and communication skills.
