Cloud Analytics & Data Platform EngineerDuration: 12 Months (with possibility of extension based on performance and business needs)Location: Remote: US (Occasional travel to offices Sunnyvale, CA or New York, NY)Role Overview:Join a Production Engineering team supporting cloud infrastructure reliability, analytics, and ML workloads for a large-scale consumer email platform. Drive on-prem to GCP migration, automate cloud operations, and improve CI/CD pipelines for high-scale production systems.Key Responsibilities:Operate, monitor, and improve GKE apps, analytics, and ML workloadsManage Terraform/Ansible/Helm IaC for cloud resource provisioningParticipate in on-call rotation for production incidentsCollaborate on infrastructure architecture and designAutomate cloud operations and improve CI/CD pipelinesRequired Skills & Tools:Cloud: GCP (GKE, Compute Engine, Dataproc, Dataflow, Vertex AI, BigQuery)IaC: Terraform, Ansible, HelmLanguages: Python, Node.js, JavaOther: Linux, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, CI/CD, monitoringExperience:5+ years in SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Operations with on-call experienceHands-on experience with large-scale production systems and cloud migrationsFamiliarity with analytics and ML pipelines is a plusWhy This Role:Work on a large-scale consumer email platformDrive high-impact cloud infrastructure and analytics initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
