Company Description HearMeNow! is a platform that serves as a town hall for individuals, students, NGOs, non-profits, foundations, commercial programs aligned with the UN’s Principles of Sustainable Development, and academia. As a non-profit project of Montessori Model UN, HearMeNow! is affiliated with an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. The platform brings together diverse voices to discuss and promote impactful ideas. Our mission is to foster meaningful conversations that drive positive change in society. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Podcaster at HearMeNow!. The Podcaster will be responsible for developing, scripting, and producing audio content, conducting interviews, and researching trending topics that align with the organization’s mission. They will manage podcast scheduling, edit recordings, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote episodes across social media platforms. Additionally, the Podcaster will be responsible for engaging with the HearMeNow! community to foster meaningful dialogue and build a loyal audience. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interviewing skills to conduct meaningful and engaging conversationsExceptional Writing and Research skills for crafting compelling scripts and uncovering valuable contentProficiency in managing Social Media channels and promoting content to reach diverse audiencesExperience in audio editing and podcast production is a plusAbility to collaborate with teams in a remote work environmentKeen interest in sustainable development and global issuesEducational background or experience in media, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
