Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is accountable, reliable, and detail oriented. ```Duties:``` - Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage, direct, and motivate FOH and BOH staff. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner -Assist with checking in, and putting away food and beverage deliveries - Assist with scheduling, interviewing, and hiring of new employees ```Experience:``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role - Team player - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Strong desire to learn and grow with the company - Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant software - Proven ability to manage a team and drive results - Exceptional time management and organizational skills If you are a motivated individual with a desire to grown and develop in the restaurant industry, and are a team player with a strong work ethic and an excellent attitude then we invite you to apply for our Shift Manager position.
