The successful candidate will be a full-time employee of ASRT, Inc. and will be assigned to support the DHA in Falls Church, VA.SCOPE OF WORKThe Subject Matter Expert will serve as a subject-matter authority supporting strategic workforce and process optimization within ADHCA.MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvide expertise in IM/IT workforce planning and strategic program analysis.Develop policy guidance and process improvement frameworks.Conduct studies and briefings to inform DHA decision-making. RequirementsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.3–5 years’ relevant federal or DoD experience.Lean Six Sigma or similar certification preferred. Required:Currently hold or have recently held a Public Trust clearance or higher.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.Experience with DoD Tasker and Correspondence Management SystemsFamiliarity with Defense Travel System (DTS) and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).Understanding of Army, Navy, and Air Force military personnel and manpower programs.
