Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support the negotiation, execution, and management of Non-Disclosure Agreements and high-risk contractual terms. Key Responsibilities Negotiate, draft, and execute Non-Disclosure Agreements in alignment with company standards and business needs Support completion of High Risk & Mitigation Plan templates/tools, guiding stakeholders on risk requirements and strategies Audit the contract repository to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness Required Qualifications Background in contracts management with experience reviewing NDA terms and conditions Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required
