The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's mission to become the leading brand in anti-PFAS gut health. This pivotal role involves owning the customer acquisition, partnerships, and distribution strategy, with a focus on building the initial sales engine, developing market penetration strategies, and personally driving customer acquisition in key segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dietary supplements, functional health, longevity, or adjacent consumer health categories, and a deep understanding of the health, wellness, biohacking, or longevity markets. Key responsibilities for the Sales Leader include leading commercial expansion, developing and executing market penetration plans, driving direct customer acquisition, and maintaining relationships with key customers and commercial partners. The role also requires the identification and negotiation of partnerships with distributors and strategic partners, as well as operational leadership in CRM management, sales performance tracking, and team management. The candidate should have a proven track record in direct sales, partnerships, or distribution development, and the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies independently.
