Executive Assistant Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client. The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and project leadership, ensuring efficient office and project operations in support of the client's requirements. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the executive team, internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating effective communication, scheduling, and documentation.This position aligns with Cayuse's core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables.Responsibilities Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive administrative support using the MS Office Suite.Apply working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DDR to support administrative processes as required.Provide administrative and program support to the Commander's Support Staff (CSS) (e.g. In/Out processing, monitoring/managing performance reports, and other programs assigned by the client.Provide administrative support to squadron senior leadership (e.g. calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel).Support coordination of schedules, correspondence, and administrative documentation.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Qualifications Here's What You NeedThe qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position.
