Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 2 Job Location -Pomona, CA (Hybrid Mon - Tue) Duration - 18 MonthsExperience and QualificationsThree to five years of experience in an analytical position utilizing database programs and spreadsheet software is required. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing, and drawing conclusions from data and information. Experience in performing a variety of functions and handling programs, projects, and assignments is essential.The candidate must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. This position involves analyzing, coding, testing, and documenting moderately complex applications programs from detailed specifications. The incumbent may assist with preparing specifications from which programs will be written.The candidate should demonstrate working knowledge of two (preferred) programming languages, report production, and database structures. Knowledge of systems development, hardware/software, and project methodology is preferred. An Associate's degree in a related field is required, while a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.Day-to-Day Responsibilities/WorkloadSupport key Remediation Management activities and short-term project workstreams with limited interdependencies.Perform program management tasks, track deliverables, and analyze data and feedback to ensure alignment with Transmission & Distribution notification scope.Gather and interpret program performance data for reporting to senior advisors/advisors.Collaborate closely with senior advisors/advisors, regional and district stakeholders, and serve as a technical resource for notification compliance and remediation processes.Support the execution target by ensuring Compliance Notification work progresses through the IPSEC workflow by the compliance due date, contributing to public safety and mitigating risk for the public and the company.Utilize and analyze output from dashboards, trackers, and systems of record to monitor, track, and report on the progression of work.Utilize expertise in District and/or Regional scheduling procedures and notification disposition in accordance with E1 policy and GO95 standards.Decipher notification problem statements to determine resource needs.Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders in the compliance remediations space; communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates on progress, and address any concerns they may have.Identify risks, anticipate challenges, address and resolve issues that arise, and be proactive in identifying problems and finding solutions to keep notifications moving forward.Ensure data integrity and information is representative and accurate, including data cleanup efforts.Required Skills/AttributesA strong focus on identifying improvement opportunities across the IPSEC lifecycle is essential to drive operational excellence and compliance performance.Experience with the utility industry in Transmission and Distribution Operations or program management.Over five years of experience in Data Analytics, with a strong background in managing and validating large or complex datasets, and working with various reporting platforms.Experience with District and/or regional scheduling processes and notification dispositioning in alignment with E1 policy and GO95 requirements.Demonstrated experience with PowerBI, SAP, DM, DCPT, DCRT, ClickSchedule, WorkIt, FMP360.Experience preparing weekly and monthly status reports to monitor compliance performance.Demonstrate fundamental lifecycle (IPSEC) knowledge in all compliance notifications, including understanding the differences between P1/P2/P3 and required end dates for each (e.g., HFEX, HFIA, non-HFRA).Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), or with analytical tools such as SAS or SAS Visual Analytics (VA), BI Dashboard.Desired Skills/AttributesBachelor's degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Effective team building and resource and project planning skills.Understanding of E1 policy and GO95 Rule 18.Knowledge of Transmission & Distribution systems (e.g., Apparatus, Civil, Electrical crew, Streetlight): electrical system (primary, secondary, public, etc.); overhead and underground structure and equipment types.
