Electrical Design Engineer

To support the Grid Modernization team, the full-time remote Electrical Design Engineer will develop and execute Medium Voltage Distribution projects, facilitating collaboration among multidisciplinary teams and serving as the primary client contact. Key responsibilities Facilitate collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficient project execution Develop capital construction plans that support grid modernization initiatives and produce high-quality deliverables Perform distribution-level planning studies to evaluate system performance and identify improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited school Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience with EIT certification or 4 years without certification Experience with Distribution Modeling Software (e.g., Cyme, Synergi, Windmil) is required Previous experience working for a vertically integrated Utility is preferred Authorization to work permanently in the US
