Quality Engineer

MTech Mobility is looking for a Quality Engineer to spearhead QC, QA and Compliance activities across our operations.This role is a process-driven technical position, responsible for the execution of our quality control and assuranceactivities, as well as implementing and supporting problem solving tools across our business. This will require coordination across our facilities and teams to evaluate and monitor quality KPIs, ensure compliance to our QMS and drive continuous improvement in quality for all products and services offered.What you’ll do:·      Lead quality technicians at Mtech, responsible for our daily inspections and audits·      Own quality control processes and procedures in line with all stakeholder requirements·      Establish and monitor quality KPIs across Mtech locations and operations·      Partner with operations and functional teams to drive problem solving activities and continuous improvement.·      Take point on internal and external audits for Mtech·      Coordinate with Process Engineering and Launch team to establish and build quality into customer projects early in our development cycle.·      Development and management of internal control plans / FMEAWhat we’re looking for:·      Experience in standard quality control and assurance methodology including inspection sampling, FPY/NRFT monitoring and trend analysis.·      Proven experience delivering process improvements through standardized problem solving methods (8D, Six Sigma, Shanin for example).·      Experience driving quality results in a certified manufacturing environment e.g. ISO/AS/IATF.
