As one of the largest packers of pure maple syrup in the U.S., were looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing and packaging team in Morrisville, Vermont.This is steady, hands-on work in a true food production environment operating equipment, packaging product, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient process that supports syrup producers across Vermont, Maine, New York, and Canada.What Youll Be DoingOperate, clean, and maintain food production or packaging equipmentPerform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detailTrack production using basic computer/data entry skillsIdentify and report inconsistencies in materials, product flow, or equipmentSupport barrel-washing and syrup handling operationsCollaborate with your team to keep lines running safely and smoothlyCross-train to grow your skills and work in different areas of the facilityWe support cross-training so team members can grow their skills and work in areas where they thrive. Some days are the samebut the work always matters.
