The primary responsibilities include managing payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, handling staff reservations, and overseeing key HR functions. The role involves providing support to employees, managing communications, executing receptionist duties, and collaborating with departments, including Food & Beverage. The ideal candidate will play an integral part in maintaining smooth hotel operations and enhancing employee experience.QualificationsStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and managementProficiency in handling Reservations and Customer Service with high attention to detailExperience with Receptionist Duties, including front desk operations and guest supportFamiliarity with Food & Beverage operations in a hotel environmentAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of payroll systems and compliance with labor regulationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in HR or hospitality is a plus
