HiFyve is hiring a Site Controller in the Food & Beverage Manufacturing industry in Fallon, NV!Salary: $110,000/year + 15% target bonusShift: DaysLocation: Fallon, NVBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleThis role leads plant-level financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting while partnering closely with operations to drive performance, cost control, and data-driven decision-making.Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with standard accounting practicesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities for the plantAnalyze plant performance including fixed/variable costs, KPIs, and productivity metricsPartner with operations to evaluate financial impact of key initiatives and performance driversLead site-level financial analysis and provide insights to leadershipSupport new product launches and capital project financial analysisPost and reconcile financial transactions in SAP, including inventory and COPA adjustmentsAnalyze balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies or irregularitiesDistribute monthly operational and financial reports and lead financial reviewsCollaborate cross-functionally to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencySupport plant capacity planning and cost accounting activitiesPartner with broader finance teams to standardize reporting and KPI trackingIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation using SAP and Power BIAssist with special projects and provide financial guidance to plant personnelQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field5+ years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturingExperience with SAP required; Power BI or similar tools a plusStrong financial analysis, budgeting, and cost accounting experienceAbility to interpret data and provide actionable insights to operationsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environmentHigh attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial informationEnglish proficiency (read, write, speak)
