The ideal candidate will work on software-hardware integrated systems within a regulated industry environment, ensuring high product quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworksPerform software verification and validation activitiesConduct software-hardware integration testingCollaborate with Agile teams to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)Contribute to test automation strategy and process improvementsResearch and understand Ventana Systems or similar platformsMentor junior team members and support team collaborationRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in software development and test automationStrong programming skills in one of the following:Python (Preferred)C#JavaHands-on experience with TestComplete (mandatory)Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOpsExperience with test management tools: Jira, HP ALMExperience in regulated industries (Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharma)Knowledge of software-hardware integrated systems testingNice to Have:Experience with PlaywrightExposure to AI-based testing toolsQualifications:Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAdditional Information:This is a hands-on technical role (no managerial responsibilities)Strong experience working in Agile environments requiredMust be willing to learn, mentor, and collaborate within the teamInterview Process:3 Rounds of Video InterviewsHow to Apply:Interested candidates, please send your updated resume toThe national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires.
