Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionLocation: Long BeachSalary: $75,000 - $85,000 + Monthly Bonus PotentialAbout the RoleBeach Front Property Management is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager (Multifamily Portfolio) to oversee leasing strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of multifamily communities.This is a leadership role responsible for driving occupancy results, ensuring consistency in leasing operations, and managing a centralized leasing team. The position works closely with Operations and Marketing to support overall portfolio performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, and supervise Central Leasing AgentsEstablish and manage leasing priorities across assigned propertiesMonitor vacancy performance and ensure timely leasing activityImplement standardized leasing processes and workflowsServe as escalation point for complex leasing or prospect issuesPartner with Operations and Marketing on pricing, concessions, and leasing strategyEnsure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Performance ExpectationsMaintain strong occupancy performance across the portfolioEnsure units are marketed within 48 hours of noticeMinimize units exceeding 30 days vacantOversee timely processing of applications and lease executionMaintain consistent leasing activity and pipeline across all properties.
