🚀 Hiring: Software Packaging Engineer – Liquidware FlexApp📍 Location: Vienna, VA📅 Duration: 4+ Month ContractWe’re looking for an experienced Software Packaging Engineer to support an enterprise EUC Software Delivery Modernization initiative. This role will focus on packaging, testing, troubleshooting, and deploying enterprise applications using Liquidware FlexApp application layering technology across Windows, VDI, and physical environments.🔹 What You’ll Do• Package and migrate enterprise applications using Liquidware FlexApp• Create, test, validate, and troubleshoot application packages• Support software deployment and administration through MECM• Automate packaging and deployment processes using PowerShell• Troubleshoot installation, compatibility, and application delivery issues• Partner with EUC, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Business teams• Support application lifecycle management and software delivery modernization🎯 What We’re Looking For• 3+ years of Software Packaging Engineering experience• Strong hands-on experience with Windows application packaging & repackaging• Expertise with MSI packaging and deployment technologies• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)• Strong PowerShell scripting & automation skills• Experience troubleshooting application installation and compatibility issues⭐ Highly Preferred• Hands-on Liquidware FlexApp packaging/layering experience• VDI and application virtualization experience• InstallShield or similar packaging tools• Profile/User Environment Management experience• Splunk, UberAgent, or endpoint monitoring experience• Experience with software delivery modernization initiatives💡 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Windows Software Packaging Engineer who understands enterprise application packaging, deployment, troubleshooting, and automation—and ideally has direct Liquidware FlexApp experience.📩 Interested?
