A company is looking for a Payment Accuracy COB Specialist. Key Responsibilities Review and analyze claims, member, and group data to identify recoverable claims Utilize proprietary software tools to conduct thorough investigations and maintain accurate records Prepare and evaluate responses to client disputes and identify opportunities for process improvements Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of one year of related experience in healthcare Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Healthcare industry experience, particularly in Coordination of Benefits preferred Previous experience within the organization recommended for internal candidates
