Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within established timeframes Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds, addressing safetyissues immediately with management. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical,and carpentry repairs. Perform cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds. Assist in emergency repairs as directed by supervisors and rotateon-call for emergency maintenance. Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and report anyshortages. Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnershipwith the supervisor.
