Role: Java DeveloperLocation: Irving, TX 75038 (100% On-site from Day 1)Compensation: $65.00/hr on W2Fulltime ; W2 candidate only .Duration: 12 MonthsPosition OverviewSeeking a Technical Test Lead with 8–10 years of experience combining core Java/Spring Boot development with deep functional testing expertise to design, code, and verify distributed microservices within the Telecom domain.Key Responsibilities* Code & Design: Take structural ownership over designing and developing robust backend components using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native microservices.* Functional Testing: Architect and execute end-to-end functional testing suites across distributed microservices API management ecosystems.* Domain & Documentation: Leverage deep knowledge of Telecom domain processes to compile precise system documentation and map operational specifications.* Client Engagement: Manage direct communication channels with corporate clients and cross-functional technical stakeholders.Required Skillset* Experience: 8–10 years of software engineering and testing experience with a specialized background in the Telecom domain.* Core Development: Heavy technical proficiency with Java, Spring Boot frameworks, and microservices API architectures.* Quality Engineering: Advanced, hands-on mastery of functional testing frameworks, test strategy design, and defect mapping.
