Job Estimator 481 Irmen Dr, Addison, IL 60101, USA •Full-Time About the Job Estimator Hours – Monday - Friday Part Time or Full Time Responsibilities and Duties include but not limited to: Examine RFP’s from customers and any documentation to understand the project/proposal requirements. Communications with customers. Type up proposals and calculate cost, in Excel, for labor and materials using Scheduling Program and job information within the program. Build and maintain long-term relationships with the key vendors/suppliers. Locate sub-contractors to do work – door installers, painters, etc. Job Inspections off-site to get information about job, take pictures, and measurements. Work as needed with scheduling department to schedule material pick up, drop off, or meeting with contractors on-site. Benefits: PTO. 401K. Optional health insurance or supplement coverage.
