Role Description BMC Stormwater is seeking a Field Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area. The Field Specialist will conduct stormwater system inspections, perform maintenance and repairs, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Responsibilities include providing detailed site evaluations, troubleshooting issues, collaborating with customers to address concerns, and documenting findings. The Field Specialist will also contribute to customer training and ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and company standards. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess stormwater systems and identify issues effectivelyExcellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including maintaining clear, professional interactions with clientsProficient in Troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues related to stormwater systemsExperience in Training and educating clients on system maintenance and compliance requirementsAbility to perform on-site inspections and physical tasks related to stormwater system maintenanceFamiliarity with environmental regulations and best practices in stormwater management is preferredCommitment to safety and a detail-oriented approach to workValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the service area
