Coffee Cafe Manager

Job Description Lefty's Coffee Co. is a community-oriented coffee shop in Los Olivos, dedicated to exceptional coffee and meaningful human connection.We are looking for an upbeat and hard-working manager with not only great customer service skills, but strong leadership skills and motivation to learn and grow within a dynamic environment. The manager will be responsible for oversight of the preparation and service of drinks and baked goods, cleaning equipment and end-of-day clean-up. In addition, the manager position includes welcoming customers and providing them with a highly engaging experience. Specifically, we are looking for someone to do the following:· Assist and oversight in preparing and serving drinks and baked goods· Solving challenges faced by customers and employees· Assist and oversight in maintaining cleanliness, equipment, and shop supplies· Food and beverage ordering· Opening and closing · Assist with taking payment and handling phone and online orders· SchedulingManagement experience and knowledge of coffee is required along with knowledge of all aspects of the business from espresso machines and coffee brewing to an assortment of hot and cold drinks.
