Office Assistant Addison Group is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturing client in the Fort Worth area to hire a full-time Office Assistant. This position plays a critical role in supporting both administrative and operational functions as the company continues to expand.
This is a front desk-based administrative position with a strong data entry and clerical focus. The Office Assistant will work closely with accounting and operations teams to support invoice processing, inventory tracking, and day-to-day office duties. The position is fully onsite in a stable, family-owned environment.
Key responsibilities include
Accurately input inventory and invoice data for internal tracking
Support accounts payable with administrative tasks and document management
Maintain and update spreadsheets and trackers using Excel
Provide general office support including reception coverage and clerical duties
Assist other departments with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
12 years of administrative and data entry experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting
Experience with invoice processing is strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) is a plus
Comfortable working fully onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00am5:00pm

Start Date: Targeting July 7th
Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Work Environment: 100% onsite
