YOU MUST BE AN EXPERT IN MANUEVERING IN EXTREMELY TIGHT QUARTERS AND BE AN EXPERT AT BACKING TO THE STORES. THE PAY AND SCHEDULE DEPENDING ON THE LANES YOU WILL START AT ENTRY LEVEL $1300 PER WEEK AND VERY QUICKLY MOVE UP TO OVER $1900 PER WEEK. THE MAJORITY OF OUR DRIVERS GROSS OVER $103,000 PER YEAR. THIS JOB IS FOR THE UPPER MIDWEST STATES OF KENTUCKY, PENNSYLVANIA, MICHIGAN, WEST VIRGINIA, UPPER NEW YORK (NO NYC) AND THE ENTIRE STATE OF OHIO. YOU WILL TRAIN WITH AN EXPERIENCED DRIVER FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 LOADS AND THEN COMPLETE YOUR EVALUATION PRIOR TO GOING SOLO. WHILE TRAINING YOU WE BE REQUIRED TO RUN ON THE TRUCK WITH THE TRAINER. OUT WEEKLY FOR 5-1/2 DAYS AND THEN HOME FOR YOUR 34 HOUR RESET. STANDARD HOS. PASSENGERS AND PETS ARE ALLOWED AS SOON AS YOU GO SOLO. NO SLIP SEATING. LATE MODEL TRUCKS WITH SLEEPERS. 53' DRY VAN. 100% Live Unloads by the Customer. Preloaded, Multi stop, 100 % Driver will hand off load using a set of rollers. Drivers will be required to be under loads for home time, no DH or OOR miles which includes no set days off, they will be based on home areas and each will get a 34 hr restart weekly. Extremely tight backing: our guys back more in one day than an OTR driver does in a week. Full manual/driver off load: Goal- 3 loads per week 40/k lbs per trailer.
