The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing functions as a unified revenue organization, with a focus on pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and retention. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in driving growth initiatives and a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in B2B sales, marketing, or go-to-market functions. The Head of Growth will be tasked with building and executing a scalable growth strategy, coaching and developing teams, and establishing clear operating rhythms to improve funnel performance and optimize customer acquisition costs.Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a strong command of CRM systems, funnel analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role requires a leader who can build processes, improve execution, and lead through change in a growing business environment. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence at all levels. While not mandatory, experience in SaaS, managed services, cloud infrastructure, or technology solutions businesses, as well as a background in professional services markets, is preferred.
