Litigation Associate (Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights Litigation) – Washington, D.C.

Caplin & Drysdale is seeking a second to fourth-year associate to join our Bankruptcy/Creditors' Rights practice group in our Washington, DC office. Our bankruptcy litigation practice is regularly retained in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases to analyze and resolve high-profile, complex and cutting-edge disputes. Our practice encompasses the full range of issues potentially affecting creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.Applicants should have between 1-3 years of litigation experience, preferably with prior law firm or clerkship experience. Bankruptcy experience is not required but candidates with exposure to bankruptcy and/or creditors' rights will receive additional consideration. All applicants must have exceptionally strong academic credentials and be in the top of their class from top tier law schools.
